It has been my long-time dream to become a yoga therapist. Finally, my life's cycle has allowed space to train at Be The Change Yoga to be a certified yoga therapist. My 18+ years of experience teaching, training on multiple modalities and advanced degree in Kinesiology have prepared me to apply it all to become a yoga therapist under the guidance of the wonderful teachers and therapists at Be The Change.

Be The Change has pioneered training yoga therapists in Orange County. They have partnered with Loyola Marymount University to offer the highest level of training. Their teachers are experts in their field. BTC offers a special clinic package of 5 sessions for $150. Your appointments will be supervised and your treatment plan will be created in collaboration with certified yoga therapists.
